Generation Y interview questions

Interviewer was very nice and personable. I was invited back for a second interview on the spot. However, when trying to get in contact after to see when this second interview was going to be held, they stopped responding. I thought this was very unprofessional and very bad hiring etiquette. If the position was filled they should inform people.
