There was a pre-screen phone call that covered the basics of getting to know you and your experience, and then a formal in person interview where they asked a lot of situational questions. More difficult than most interviews but still manageable if you have a lot of real-life experience to relate to all the situations.
I had my Interview with the hiring manager it consisted of:
- Tell me about yours self
- Going over the resume
- Behavioral Questions
-Marketing Questions on innovation and processes
