Simple interview process with task given ahead of time to prepare, and then further competancy interviews all done in one interview which made it simple but effective. I got to learn about the company too.
one initial assessment of personality traits and was later sent to one behavioural round with classic behavioural questions and a mini finance case on income statement with follow up questions

Great, two rounds and everyone was very friendly with a focus on behavioral rather than technical. In HQ of Minneapolis, good people, seems like good projects and a good company with lots to learn
