Interview
There are two interviews with two different people. Both technical and behavioral based questions during the interview. The technical questions ranged from "difference between accounting and finance" and "what do you look for when buying a company." And many of the behavioral based questions were about working in teams whether good or bad experiences.
one initial assessment of personality traits and was later sent to one behavioural round with classic behavioural questions and a mini finance case on income statement with follow up questions

Great, two rounds and everyone was very friendly with a focus on behavioral rather than technical. In HQ of Minneapolis, good people, seems like good projects and a good company with lots to learn

first we had an online MCQ test with aptitude and cs fundamentals questions , followed by one technical round and a HR round and then results were declared and goodies were distributed
