I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2019
Interview
Thorough and inviting. I received initial contact within a week of application. I received an email requesting a phone interview and we aligned on a time, went well. Time allowed 30min. Received follow-up within 3 business days requesting an in-person visit. Aligned on a time, 4-hour visit with itinerary provided in advance. Online assessments were asked to be completed prior to visit. Onsite interview included 4 team members and also included lunch. It was nice to see the work environment and appreciated the time invested in me as a candidate.

Interview
Overall, it was a quick process. Expectations were clear on how they expected the interview to go. It wasn't necessarily easy, but it wasn't the hardest interview I've experience. Come prepared to answer questions in a professional and succinct way.

Question 1
Explain a situation where you had to tell a client/team that something would be coming late.
I was rushed through the interview process and didn't get to talk to many cross functional partners to understand the role better. The recruiter was outwardly rude when I asked questions about the role.
