I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Golden Valley, MN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online after seeing a LinkedIn and references from a few friends that worked there. A few days later, learned that I had received a phone interview. After a half-hour phone interview, received notice that I would have a second round interview with 3 finance managers/senior managers. I also had a complete a few personality/skills assessments prior to the onsite interviews. The onsite interviews were back-to-back and a half-hour each, along with lunch and a debrief with the hiring manager. One day later, I learned that I had an offer.
