2 rounds of interview - first round with hiring Manager and another member of team. 2nd round with hiring manager then HR manager. In addition, completed online assessment in advance called the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (or OPQ) to measure personal work style + an onsite assessment of your verbal and numeric reasoning skills

Three rounds of interviews with each one getting longer and more specific. After each round, the company got back to me within 2 days and moved quickly. Each round consisted of interviews with 3 different people.

Rigorous and extremely time consuming but committed to finding the good fit for the team. There were aptitude and personality tests which took about 2 hours, and then 7 interviews after that.

Interviewed with 2 directors face-to-face, and a phone interview with the hiring manager to begin with. Relatively easy questions for the role. Was able to negotiate salary and starting bonus.
