I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Mills in Sep 2016

Interview

On campus two day process. After the first day, they would let you know that day if you moved onto the second day which included some testing. First Day Interview lasted around 30 minutes, and was strictly behavioral questions. Nothing that you can really prepare for.
