Interview was great! The person interviewing me made me feel very comfortable. The questions were all routine, minimal pressure. Just make sure you are familar with HIPPA privacy and security policies to protect consumers information, ie: lock your computer when you are finished using it and lock files in cabinet. The interviewer informed me I had the job immediately after the interview was finished.

Interview
Takes about a month give or take. Apply online and upload resume. Human Resources makes contact in a week or two usually by email. You check in with security and HR escorts you to a room to take simulation test calls. A background packet is mailed to you for personal references and questions about security potential. Another interview is scheduled for one on one interview. If accepted an FBI agent interview is conducted to discuss any issues in background check and if you could be compromised. I found everyone very pleasant and friendly.
