Principles of qPCR, cfDNA, and NIPT. If you are a fresher, you could ask about the thesis. The interviewer is nice and answers very clearly if you don't understand .
There was a call from HR to ask about your expected salary and an online interview through Zoom. But I was quite uncomfortable since the interviewers didn't show camera and two interviewers used one account. I didn't who asked me, sometimes.

Asking about my previous experiences (quite details ?!) and even details about my research. This made me feel they want to know more about my current jobs more than seeing me as their future employee.
