Gemba Concepts interview questions

There was only one of interview including Technical and HR questions both. Technical interview was more kind of testing basic knowledge of the subject and the department in which you are going to work, they will tell about the department prior to your interview then it will be followed by basic HR questions.

Interview process was smooth, there were 3 rounds of interview and they asked mostly the technical stuff related to the concepts of industrial engineering, operational excellence lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.
