      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Prattville, AL) in Mar 2016

      Interview

The interview process was laid-back. The expected questions were asked, such as questions on past employment, customer service, problem solving, customer confrontation, etc. Overall, it was a great interview, they interviewed me the same way, if not better than I would have myself. The management was nice and was very competent.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you needed an answer to a question that a client / customer asked you, how would you go about providing the answer?
      Answer question
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2015

      Interview

Called in after applying online for a sales position. Inquired about a tech position and they admitted to an opening in geek squad. I spoke with a supervisor first and then was called in for an interview with the store manager. Make sure you make a firm demand for compensation or they will pay you as much as a mcdonalds burger flipper.

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad

      Interview

My application was submitted online and I turned in a physical copy to the Deputy of Counter Intelligence. I made multiple contacts with the DCI before getting an official interview and was giving a second interview within 2 days. I was hired after a second interview in which I discussed pay and hours in more detail.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There where no questions which stood out as difficult or unexpected. The entire interview process consisted of standard questions involving experience, background, intent for future development and opened ended questions asking for feedback FOR the interviewer.
