Abusive recruitment process. After submitting my interview, I had to go through one 2-hour written assessment. Then I was invited to a Zoom interview. I was called back for another Zoom interview of 40 minutes. After the second interview, I was asked to come to London to attend their "assessment center" for the final stage of the process: which lasted for more than 5 hours. It included interviews, quizzes, presentations, and "team" exercises (where candidates are compared to each other in front of the hiring team). Salary expectations were not discussed at any point in the recruitment process. The ability to network and prove that you would "fit" well in the team seemed very important, which does not help if you are a shy/discreet individual. A financial compensation to cover -- even partially -- the travel expenses to attend the last stage of the recruitment process (hotel, plane ticket, etc) would have been appreciated.
