I had a 30-minute phone screen for a developer position where we discussed my background, technical skills, past projects, and problem-solving approach. Interviewer was a little rude and asked about the commute, would it be a problem, and why I was apprehensive. We discussed the salary of the position and that did not align so we ended the call.

Interview
Started with initial HR Screening followed by another HR interview that went over behavior, motivations, tech literacy etc.
Second Interview was with the hiring manger that went deeper into the role and explained what the org does and what the product is.
Third Interview was with 2 Senior engineers that asked a multitude of tech questions based on languages and system design. They also went over my code sample I provided for a simple web application.
I was given an offer the very next business day. HR was very flexible with working around my work schedule. Overall a good experience with HR and the team.
