I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Garmin in Feb 2019
Interview
Started with a phone screen with HR, then an on site screen with HR, and finally a team of three interviewed together. The team used standard interview questions and had several questions about past experiences listed on resume. Took several months to get a decline with no communication prompted on their end.
