I was contacted by one HR, answered a bunch of questions about my background and technologies I worked with (which also were assigned in my CV), than she passed my CV to company and later arranged an HR meeting. On interview I have been talk with other Person. HR interview was pretty good and nice, we discuss the company and my background. Almost all of my background fit to current position, I noticed that HR was not sure while asked about Tech-stack questions if i've worked with some technologies. We both were polite and finished discussion in good mood. I was sure that will pass to tech interview step. But I was wondered when first HR answered that my qualification in technology I was working last several years with, is not quite enough and they need a person who worked close with this technology... I was confused because i literally was working with that technology all the latest time and told this about on interview. So looks like somewhere in current company chaos and miscommunication happens. But even when i asked what was the real reason and what exact i'm not fit to - they didn't explain what was wrong with my interview and what skills is missing.
