Interview
Basically just had a conversation with team manager. We spoke about my experience and capabilities. I learned a lot about the company. The hiring manager was very forthcoming and shared a lot. Which was odd because I never heard back from him or the organization. All in all it was a good experience. No offer or movement forward in the process. Having some form of notification one way or the other would have been nice. :)

Preliminary interview as part of a multiple interview process requiring a pair programming challenge and one or more interviews with other employees at the company.
The culture sounded absolutely horrible, the job itself made very little sense and the industry is one of these gray areas that are barely legal and definitely unethical.
