Galactic Advisors interview questions

-Step 1: provided written answers to job interview questions via Email. -Step 2: 15 min phone interview with the CEO -Step 3: Video interview submission where I was asked to answer one of the same questions I already provided in step 1. ("Tell me about a time you made something better?") I never heard from them again after spending over an hour of my free time on the video assignment.

Initial call with founder, was followed up by another call with the VP. After that they asked me to complete a 3 written project. After that they had me do a panel interview. And then they ghosted me. It's ok if I didn't get an offer but after that much time commitment, to never hear back from them is quite disrespectful.
