Interview
It was quite simple and direct. They asked for any prior experience in working with children and a few situation-based questions like what would you do if a student would not co-operate in class.
I had a telephonic interview which went well. They asked simple questions about my prior experience and what roles do I think I can do well. Interviewer was kind and responded within a week.
