The process was clear from the beginning and involved 1 step, which was the interview during which I could present my idea of the position. During the selection process I was updated about the time of the decision.

I felt quite uncomfortable during the interview due to a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. It was evident that the HR and finance assistant conducting the interview lacked proper interviewing skills and, consequently, the ability to select suitable candidates. This may contribute to the challenge many companies face in finding the right people taking months to take people on board. After our conversation, the HR mentioned that she was going to informing me within a week but failed to provide any feedback and never come back to me at all. This lack of communication is disrespectful to those who invest time in the process, even if the feedback is negative, receiving it would be appreciated. I'm thankful that I was not selected at this point. The way your company was presented and managed during the overall process raises concerns about the everyday working with you. I am grateful that you gave me the insight into your company culture.
