Interview
Was called in for the Director of Production position. Went in once and met with CEO. Kept asking me what product should they add to their line. Now that’s not a production question. As a production professional you add whatever you want and it’s my job to make sure I get it to you at the right price and on time. This company is just a bunch of men who want to continue to live out their college years instead of running a business.
I got a second interview with more team members and it went okay. Again the CEO asked what should they add to their product line. Again that is more of a design role NOT production.
They said they would be making a decision in two weeks. I followed up two weeks to the date on a Monday and didn’t hear anything at all. Followed up the next week Monday and the CEO finally answered me and said they just
filled the role. I am sure they filled the role with somebody that doesn’t check the diversity box and can continue playing college kids games.
