it was introductory discussing about my past experience , how i applied my skills , what did I learn and how did it help the company. some follow up questions on my particular workflow on which tool i used and what could have been better

Interview at GIP focused on past experience and on how to manage an M\&A deal, covering the key steps of the process and my role in them. The conversation was quite technical and practical, aimed at assessing both knowledge and ability to structure and execute a transaction.
