I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Bethesda, MD) in Jul 2018
Interview
It was a typical multi-step interview process, including a phone call, a test that was fairly simple on Excel, and a super day at their headquarters. Overall, nothing too technical in terms of the interview questions, but it's recommended to brush up on the insurance industry. They do ask some insurance-related questions but nothing too technical, just set in the insurance background.

Question 1
Why did you study your major and how does it relate to this role?
The asked questions and a lot of them and they needed to ask some more. The follow up questions were about the question they asked before so that helped make it easier.
