I applied online, received a call from a recruiter offered a face to face interview. Once on-site I took a typing test where you had to type 25 wpm or better. I initially was told after testing that I wouldn't be interviewed same day. I thought what a waste! But after waiting he saw my score said I passed then I interviewed with two individuals they asked basic interview questions.
