Interview
First there is a general introduction interview with HR, with the typical question about yourself and the company culture. After that, in a week they schedule the technical interview that has both general ("Why us?") and practical questions ("How is your knowledge of machine learning"), plus an unexpected coding challenge.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The coding challenge is tricky because they use Mac laptops, with Dutch keyboard. If you're used to code on Microsoft and to write in your own language, be aware of that (I wasn't, and I looked like an idiot). They ask basic developer questions (to code fizzbuzz), which are a little outside the traditional data analyst role, but very easy to learn if you know the language. You just need to be prepared, good luck

Overall, it created a positive and comfortable atmosphere that allowed for an engaging and constructive conversation.

Interview
A casual first call to screen the candidate and a test. Obviously I understand the test but not at the level they set (very easy, not challenging at all, but very time consuming around 4 to 6 hrs).
But then instead of go thorugh the test they simply discard people they do not like with not feedback. No respect to your time whatsoever.
Place to avoid like the plague
