4 rounds, 30 minute intro chat with Hiring Manager, 1 hour leetcode with Senior Engineer, 1 hour AI assisted coding with HM, Virtual onsite with four 30 minute interview with HM, with Head of Insurance, with CTO, with two Senior Engineers
Interesting interview. Standard screen with a member of the technical staff. Ended up not moving forward. Had some interesting more technical questions, but was not technical itself. Did some deep diving into background, but did not require any additional preparation

Describe a project that you built that you were proud of
It started fine when the CTO started the technical interview, then the engineer took over for the engineering part and everything scattered.
- Zero preparations for questions
- Engineer was confused and not well coordinated.
- The engineer interviewing me said polling APIs every minute is better than a websocket connection.
