An interview with a panel of two, and two role-related tasks. All of the staff were very friendly and put me at ease, and communication throughout the recruitment process was excellent.
Good exeprience, had to do practical work in the room before the actual interview to see how you interacted with the children, Heard back pretty quickly. Standard childcare questions asked
