So far, the HR and hiring manager are good. They asked very constructive questions. But the CFO is a disaster for the company. He is a narrow-minded person based on what he said.

I was reached out to by HR, who set up 2 initial video interviews with the Sr Analyst and Manager. Once I passed that round, I was set up with 4 separate video interviews with 4 individuals. Each interview was between 30-60 minutes long. After nearly 4 hours of interviewing with this company, I was ghosted. I reached out after 2.5 weeks to ask about the status of the process and they said they'd have a decision by the end of the week. No email was ever sent regarding their decision. It was very disappointing to have invested a lot of time into the company/team, just to be ghosted.
