Other Project Manager interview reviews for Frontline Education
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Frontline Education in Nov 2021
Interview
Cold-contacted via LinkedIn by in-house recruiter. Screening call. He indicated the process was just starting...he'd review my rez with the hiring manager. That was November. 2 months later never heard another thing. It seemed like a fuddy-duddy company and process, so not missing anything...just frustrated at bad recruiter behavior.
I respond to recruiter inquiries as much to help my network and keep abreast of opportunities as consider my own options. Companies that behave this way, in this job market, are communicating their utter disregard for talent and should be avoided from day 1.
