Fresh Air Fund interview questions

The interview was easy-going and fun. The interviewers were also the people who supervised me. They certainly know how to make someone feel welcome to the team even during the interview.

My interview went over time by about 45 minutes. It was an enjoyable experience though, the interviewers were very easy to talk to and we got on well. I had to do a typing speed test and do a mock email response to an angry customer. I had a phone interview first and then a meeting with two members of management. I then had a meeting with the Co founder at a later date.
