Franchise Ramp Customer Service/Sales interview questions

This company is extremely unprofessional & very disrespectful to their candidate's time. I had a phone interview first & I was told an entirely different hourly rate than what was offered to me in the second interview. That is just the beginning of their disorganized behavior. During the second interview I was offered the job & supposed to receive an offer letter a couple days after after being verbally offered the job by their recruiter Brittany. The only thing I received a couple days later was a message stating that "I made it to the next part of the interviewing process" and they needed to call my former employers. This seemed very weird & backwards to me, considering that I had already been offered the job, but I gave them the list. I still didn't receive my hire letter by the date they said I should have it at the latest. I reached out to Brittany regarding the fact that I had not received the letter. She told me that she "didn't know that my references weren't ran" before she offered me the position. She then said I had to complete yet another interview after being offered the job. They couldn't get ahold of every single one of my references because some of my past employers were no longer with the companies that I had worked for. They received a great review from my most recent employer but thats the only one they even called. I reached out to a couple of the employers that did still work with the companies they had called and they said they received no call from Franchise Ramp. So since they said they "couldn't reach all of my employers", they needed to do yet another interview with me. I had turned down other job offers because I was told that I HAD the job and then was asked to do yet another interview. I asked her why exactly I would have to do another interview since she offered me the position already. She then ignored my messages and hasn't responded to anything I've said. She is very unprofessional & I would recommend them getting a new recruiter.
