20 minutes in front of the manager, it was a one on one process just at a side table at the bar typically about yourself questions and experience. got a tour of the place you will be working, had to carry tray as well as load it and deliver it to a table, was very easy

One on one interview - usual scenario questions. ie. What would you do if someone falls asleep at your bar?
If you have your smart serve it's easy peasy.
You fill out a questionnaire, a bunch of different scenarios and a guideline of what they expect out of you etc.
