Interview
First, Hr approach me through LinkedIn and have a short call with me for briefing and send me an assessment. I managed to pass the assessment and get the second interview, the interviewer ask me some technical question (mostly are basic programming question) and I was told to wait for 2 weeks for the result. I follow up with them after 2 weeks but then they reply to me that they haven't come out the decision. After few days, i tried to follow up but then end up ghost by them (no reply my message and no answer my phone call)

-They ask me to fill up a skill review paper
-They try to get familiar on my education background
-They wonder what challenge and interesting subject that I took before
-They explain for me about the job scope
