I applied online and they did a phone screening first, followed by an in person interview. Interview process had no structure. The interviewer was very easily distracted and didn't know how to lead the interview. Also, this company has no HR. no background check needed.

Interview
I participated in a panel interview with the General Manager of the company and the heads of the different departments. I was asked a series of behavorial based questions and to provide examples. The panel were very friendly and made the experience an enjoyable one.
