Two day interview
First day was a group interview
we stood up in a corner of the store and were asked simple questions, this was just to gain the attention of the floor manager.
I was asked who my favorite designers were, my name, most interesting fact about me, and how i would describe myself.
Second interview was a group interview was with the Department Store Director
we were asked to line up by birth month without speaking to one another to test our communication skills. We were asked questions in regards to how we would handle certain situations and why forever 21

Question 1
What patterns or clothing will most likely be in style for the fall?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
