I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2018
Interview
It was a quick 10-15 min interview, very minimum and easy questions, manager was really nice and I got the offer a couple hours after the interview was finished
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was very laid back, no pressure, very open and friendly. i went in and gave my resume. they called me back for an in person interview and then i went in and had to wait for the manager to be free. they came out and we found a place to sit and talked. for the interview near the store. they asked me about my soft skills and goals. then they sent me home and i got a call saying i got it.
p.s. i would not reccomend working here although im pretty sure it shut down. i wasn't trained properly (i was young and this was my first job) they did a group training where they told us to just pat stuff down and shift things. then i was given someone to shadow who i only saw in the beginning and then never again. i was frequently put in large extremely messy sections by myself.

Easy interview, hired on the spot. Questions were very basic, asked about what skills you have that would lead to your success in the position. Interview was very informal and laid back.
