I walked into the store and asked for an application in person. I was called a week later and asked to come in for a group interview. The questions were pretty general pertaining to customer service and fashion -- it's important to actually care about it. A few days later I was called with a job offer.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.
