A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone screen, which I passed, and she said she would connect with the hiring manager to see if there's any interest in moving me forward. I never heard from her again. If there is no interest in moving a candidate forward to the HM round after passing the phone screen, the professional thing to do would be to inform the candidate of the decision instead of ghosting them. Hiring practices are a reflection of the work environment, so I can't recommend Focused Labs as a good place to work due to the negative interview experience.
