Essentially, they bombard you with a series of overly simplistic yes-or-no questions—almost like a basic checklist—to superficially assess whether you have any familiarity with the technologies related to C#. It’s a lazy way to evaluate skills, as it doesn’t test depth or practical understanding, just surface-level recognition of terms and concepts.
