Normal, define yourself. Brief why should they hire you. What is expected salary in PKR. Tell them what is good customer service with at least one or two examples. Give them details which are correct only.

Job ad and then call for interview from HR. Interview panel consists of technical manager and HR representative. Two options for interview Online or In person. I choose in person interview which was good experience.
