I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Flow Power (Melbourne) in Sep 2024
Interview
Interview process consisted of 3 rounds with the 3rd round being an in-person session. Walked away feeling good about the prospect. Didn't hear back and had to chase up - found out, they preferred someone else. Wasted my whole month going through this process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's the average length of the sales process at my previous employment.
The process was handled unprofessionally from start to finish and felt disorganised. The interviewers also came off as really condescending. They acted like I was wasting their time. I felt like I was being interrogated quite rudely for no real reason. I’d never felt so talked down to in an interview before.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to manage a difficult client relationship
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Power (Hawthorn) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was quick and seamless, with consistent updates. A phone interview to align on the role and opportunity, a face to face interview with 2 primary stakeholders of the position, and a final stage follow up interview with the direct manager.
Interview questions were behavioural based questions (tell me about a time that you have done X) that prompted discussion about my work experience, and I appreciated that the interviewers were then more conversational in exploring my examples.

Question 1
A walkthrough of my employment history, followed by probing questions so that I could give examples of what I have achieved throughout my career.
