Straightforward and detailed Interview by CEO and VP sales. Informal setting no exams. They looked for the soft skills and personality type Also met with existing sales team to understand how they work and the entire sales process.

Interview
It was good and interactive. They asked lots of questions as pertaining the role I applied for. It was an electrical position and I am a mechanical engineer. I feel this was the reason I didn't get the job.
