Interview
The process itself was quite pleasant.
The company uses Agency for all recruitment and they would not allow me (the ‘HR’ - to take on the function). The Agency has gloss them over and as far as the initial impressions I had what I expected an entrepreneur interested in talking about himself more than finding out information about me.
