I went through several rounds of interviews including a role-play exercise. The last interview was with the person in charge of sales. The interview went well and I received an offer from the person in charge of sales...after he confirmed the open position with the CEO. He confirmed the offer over the phone and mentioned that I would be receiving the offer letter in a couple of days. The letter never came. I continued to reach out to the person in charge of sales and my follow up was ignored. The person in charge of sales finally let me know that the position was put on hold...even after he had just confirmed the position was open. I got the runaround for several months and passed over a few other opportunities because of my offer.

It was good and light. Must have a confidence to yourself by doing that so were applying in a frontline job in business it means we should give our full capacity by getting leads of customers
