2. send details + CV
3. they send you personal message on linkedin with a coding challenge (illegal work as of greek laws)
4. they don't explain why they reject your code solution
5. what they say points to that they just blindly ask for people to solve the challenge and after receiving the solutions then they read your CV

After passing an assignment we arranged an online interview with a senior developer and an HR. Both asked some questions and were very friendly and kind. Overall a nice experience.
