Five Nines Technology interview questions

The interview process went smoothly, but the job posting had some creative wording. I was under the impression that the "engineer" title would lead to implementation of some systems, and come with an above-entry level compensation package. The job was easier than the posting led me to believe, and the questions were rather easy with what little interviewing experience I had in the field (I was a recent college graduate at the time). The staff was very friendly, I was just looking for something different, and the job did not fit my situation at the time.

The first interview is over the phone. It's mainly to see if you are a good cultural fit with someone from HR. If you pass that, you go in-person to interview with someone. The questions in the second interview are more of a technical nature, but they don't expect your knowledge to be very high for this position.
