I had a very similar experience to other reports here. It honestly left a poor impression of the company. The process was unnecessarily long and exhausting for the level of role and pay being offered. It involved multiple stages including screening calls, written tasks, interviews, psychometric testing and scenario-based questioning, yet the communication and candidate experience did not match the amount of effort expected from applicants.
What stood out most was the lack of professionalism afterward. After investing significant time into the process, I only received an automated rejection email with no meaningful feedback. For a company working in HR and recruitment, they really should know better when it comes to candidate experience and communication.
I felt like the interview went well, technically speaking the questions were not difficult to answer.
However, the overall process does not bode well for the company culture. A recruitment process is often a reflection of how a company operates internally and this experience felt overly bureaucratic, impersonal and disrespectful of candidates’ time. I feel like a bullet has been dodged!
