The teacher clearly analyses your CV and academic results extensively. I had a short chat with the class teacher but it didn’t really feel like an interview as such. I had a 3 month probation period.

Interview
Had to provide a CV and then visit the centre for a trial shift. This included setting up the centre, sorting out students' folders, helping students with any Maths or English they were struggling with and packing up the centre.

Interview
Many interviewees were asked to attend a job trial and were assigned a few students to look after. Not many questions were asked about interviewees specifically, it was more aimed at testing everyone to see what their strengths are.
