The interview process was very quick by telephone; followed by a panel interview The offices appeared quiet and professional; faint smell of cigar smoke in the air. The people seemed very reserved. No immediate red flags.

Interview
The interview process is very straight forward at this firm, and largely consists of one to two meetings with the office manager, followed by a meeting with one or two attorneys. Quite typical. The true test comes after the hire. At which point you become the entertainment.
