Interview
Two rounds of interviews, the last one with an assignment to be completed. No personality or IQ-test. Generally friendly interviewers -- a committee of future colleagues, the middle level manager, and, for the final interview, the CEO. This process could have changed by now, and probably also varies quite a bit from position to position.
